Tehnical Support

All users of our services have technical support services available.

Technical support services include the following:

• Telephone support - related to all ambiguities when using and managing your website.
• Remote control - our team also provides support via Team Viewer , Any Desk , or similar programs that allow us to control your computer remotely. There is a possibility of conducting training through these programs.

Technical support services are available to you every working day from 08-16h.

Additional technical support services:

• Non-standard (specific) software solutions, which are programmed only for your company, are charged separately.
• Online training (1 hour) $250.
